Sajad Shirali-Shahreza

I am Sajad-Shirali Shahreza. Currently I am a Postdoctoral Fellow at Department of Computer Science, University of Toronto, Toronto, Canada working with Prof. Gerald Penn.
I completed my Ph.D. in Computer Science in 2017 at Department of Computer Science, University of Toronto, Toronto, Canada. My PhD supervisors were Prof. Yashar Ganjali and Prof. Ravin Balakrishnan. My PhD thesis title is FleXight: Flexible Information Channel for Software-Defined Networking
Before that, I was a Ph.D candidate in Software Engineering at Computer Engineering Department, Sharif University of Technology, Tehran, IRAN, from September 2007 to May 2010. My supervisor was Dr. Abolhassani.
I finished my MSc in Software Engineering at Computer Engineering Department, Sharif University of Technology in September 2007. My MS project title is "JABER, A Persian Human Interactive Proof System" and my supervisor was Prof. Movaghar. You can find more abuot this projcet on this site: www.hip.ir.
I received my Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Software Engineering (Computer Engineering) from Computer Engineering Department of Sharif University of Technology in 2006. My BS project was "Persian Printed Text Page Segmentation" which I was done under supervision of Dr. Manzuri.
My research interests are : Software-Defined Networking (SDN), Human Computer Interaction (HCI), Text-to-Speech (TTS), Speech Processing, Human Interactive Proofs (HIP), CAPTCHA (Completetly Automatic Public Turing Test to tell Computer and Human Apart), Page Segmentation, Image Processing, Steganography (Data Hiding).
